Recipe By: Blake Hill Preserves

This is another gem from our collaboration with Blake Hill Preserves. It combines two of the best flavors of fall – apple and ginger – with the smokiness of rye whiskey. The clove from our Aromatic Bitters rounds it out beautifully.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • ¼ oz ginger liqueur
  • 2 tsp Blake Hill’s Heirloom Apple Jam
  • 2 dashes Runamok Aromatic bitters
  • Ice
  • Dried apple garnish

Instructions

  1. In a short glass, combine whiskey, ginger liqueur, apple jam, and bitters.
  2. Add ice and stir well.
  3. Garnish with dried apple slice.
