Refund policy

 

At Runamok, we want you to love your order. However, because we produce and ship food products, we cannot accept returns once they leave our facility. As an SQF-audited food safe facility, all products must remain sealed within our supply chain for food safety reasons.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at info@runamokmaple.mom within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because all of our products are food items, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This includes:

  • Perishable goods (all food and beverage items)

  • Custom or special orders


Refund

  • If your order qualifies for a refund (due to damage, defect, or error), we will notify you once your claim has been reviewed and approved.

  • Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@runamokmaple.mom.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

 
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, this right does not apply to perishable food items, which are excluded under EU consumer law.
